Youth and the future of Sierra Leone

It is a painful as a sierra Leonean to realise that those who are consider the future leaders of our country are actually not prepare for the tasks ahead of them and the entire populace are actually hoping for a prosporous nation to the extend that they can look at good and interprete them as bad since the want their their daily meal being provided without them even working for the resourses that can ensure such.
These belief system has being rooted among the minds of the youth that they even dont beleive that they can work and ensure ends meet.This concept has actually created a picture of violence among the youth as the await election period when politician spree out their resources to every corner to gain vote they youth use these period as oppotunity for survival. They are actually not trained and educated to take up duty but are conviniently okay with the little thousand leones the receive as their stipend for support during that period and soon after the election period they are again seen at every corner with no food or place to sleep but await to steal and cause havoc for peaceful citizens
What hope have we when the majority of those responsible for the challenge of tommorow are actually not prepare for such task?
Readers please reason with me and let us as a nation consider ways of creating work awareness among our youth or else hey will always be there awaiting your resting period for them to create havoc and possibly a dull future for our country.
